It
was a struggle for me at first going for the course every Saturday and
Sunday, from 10am till 1pm for duration of over 3 months. We studied
anatomy, various types of warm-ups, exercise types & techniques,
energy systems, nutrition and so much more. Working a very stressful
job from 9am and coming home at 9pm almost every night I never had time
to workout let alone study for the course during the week.
I
decided that if I wanted to see results I must be willing to make
changes and sacrifices. So two weeks later I had signed myself up at a
local gym. I had to make time to workout and apply all the sciences that
I had learned in class and there was no way I could understand nor
remember just by reading the manual. So I got up at 6am to go workout in
the gym for an hour max almost every morning.
Amazingly,
I didn't feel tired or fatigue for the rest of the day at work. But
instead I felt more alert and energized. Best of all, I began to see
results!
