Introduction

Hi, I'm Hani.

This picture above was me back in March 2014. Just a year ago.
By this time I had just been able to walk steadily after I broke my ankle just 8 months before. 

June 2013- Just before the mishap :(
In June 2013 I had gone on a hiking trip with friends and a little mishap occurred. I slipped and broke my ankle upon descent. At the time I had just become active again after years of neglecting my health and fitness due to work commitments. I think I weighed over 80kgs then!

During my recovery I had thought hard about what had happened and wondered why I let myself become that way. I hated being referred to as fat and weak.

 Since then I was determined to regain my fitness and get strong again. I began working out on my own as soon as I regained stability and mobility. Slowly building up my strength and flexibility, learning how and why injuries can occur. However, I struggled with my weight which refuse to go down no matter how hard I tried.

Then in November 2014, suddenly I decided to dig deeper into the science of fitness and signed myself up for the American Council of Exercise Personal Development Program Novermber 2014 Intake- Part-time at Fitness Innovations Malaysia ini Damansara Perdana.

This was the beginning of a beautiful new chapter in my life....
